The name of this exercise is called rows from the TRX suspension system. This exercise will work your entire back area - your lats, rhomboids, and your traps. It also work your core area.
This is my client Mark again and he’s going to perform the exercise.
Now, Mark is going to get into a stance where his feet are wider than his shoulders and then he’s going to lean back and row his arms into his sides. Good.
Now, if he want to make this exercise a little harder, he’s going to come closer to the anchor point each time. Yes, now try again. Good.
Now, the hardest one, a complete reverse plank.
