Video Text - Biceps Curls from a V-sit Position on the Dome
The name of this exercise is called biceps curls from a v-sit position on the dome. This is my client Mark and he’s going to demonstrate the exercise while I’ll explain it. This exercise will work your whole rectus abdominis, your obliques and your spinal extensors in your back, plus your biceps. It’s also going to work seated stability and your shoulder girdle stability.
So, I’m going to have Mark get on the BOSU and he’s going to get into a V position and bring his feet off the floor; dumbbells in his hands and his arms are into his sides. So, he’s going to curl the dumbbells to his shoulders. Alright, very good.
Now, to regress this exercise, all Mark is going to do is bring his feet down to touch the floor and perform the exercise from here.
