Maurie's Bone Soup

• Bone broth or chicken broth - 4 or 5
• Water
• Buillion
• 2 large chicken breasts with the bone on and if you want, the skin as well
Fresh herbs - basil, rosemary, thyme, etc
• Apple cider vinegar ( 2 TBSP)
• Carrots
• Onions chopped
• Garlic minced
• Kale - torn
• Spinach - torn
• Celery - chopped
• Or any veggies you would like to have

In 2 large pots, add the broth and 2 more cups of water divided between both pots. Bring to a boil. Add the buillion. Then add the chicken breasts and all the other ingredients divided between both pots. Simmer and cook for about 4 hours. Turn the stove off and put a lid on the pots and let it sit for another hour or so. Enjoy !
