I develop a training lifestyle plan that is designed just for you, tailored to reach your unique goals and within your physical abilities. You will be realistically challenged, allowing you to stay with the program as you see marked results.
I start with an assessment that will include a cardiovascular, strength and flexibility test and finish with a complete postural and structural assessment. Next, I will sit down with you, go over your base line results, and together you and I will put together realistic goals according to the SMART Method, and design a plan that will work just for you.
