Start Position:
• Fully lengthen TRX system and configure handles to single-handle mode
• Lean back against system and distribute weight evenly
• Hold body in alignment

Movement Description:
• Engage core and rotate torso with extended arms as one unit to one side as body travels forward
• Ensure that movement is targeted at torso, not arms
