Standing One Arm Cable Row
This exercise works your middle back, shoulders, lats, and your core.
Step 1: Attach a stirrup handle to a low pulley of a cable station. Grab handle with your right (palm facing inward) and stand in a staggered stance with your left foot forward.
Step 2: Stand with back straight and hand on your hip or at your side. This is the starting position.
Step 3: Begin exercise by pulling handle toward your right side as you rotate your torso to the right. Pause, then slowly reverse movement back to starting position.
Repeat with right arm the prescribed reps, then switch arms.
