Rear Delt Squeezes
Primary Muscle Groups: Rear Shoulders
Secondary Muscle Groups: Side Shoulders, Upper Chest
Required Equipment: Resistance Bands
Stand with feet hip-width apart and the band in both hands about shoulder-width apart. Lift the band so that it is taught and in front of your chest. Stretch both arms horizontally out the the sides as you widen the band across your chest. Release slowly.
