This exercise primarily works the back of your shoulders or your rear delts

Holding a thera band or regular band behind your mid back, bringing your elbows into your torso with the palms facing out. Start with your elbows bent and then extend your arms out to the side straightening them. Repeat 10-15 times.

Tip

Be sure to roll your shoulders down and back to make the exercise a great posture one.
