Band Lat Pulldown

The resistant band should be anchored high round a post or if outside, a tree.

Step 1: Grab the resistance band with your palms facing out and down.
Step 2: Sit down on the ground and face the anchor point and with your hands up over your head and the resistance band taught.
Step 3: Bring your hands down and out to shoulder height and then let them back up.
Step 4: This completes one repetition.
