Video Text TRX Plank


The name of this exercise is called TRX Plank. This exercise is going to work your entire core area - all in front and all in the back - your torso. My name is Maurie Cofman and this is my client Mark and he's going to demonstrate the exercise while I'll explain it.

Ok, the first thing he's going to do (and the TRX is around calf length), Mark is going to get into the TRX as if I wasn't around. He's going to put one leg into the opposite foot cradle and the other foot in the other foot cradle and he's going to twist toward the top leg to come onto his stomach. Now, from here, profession 1, he's going to come up on his forearms into a plank position and hold it there normally for 30 seconds. Now, profession 2 is where he's going to do this from his hands and he's going to hold one long line for 30 seconds. Now, profession 3 is where he's going to add a pushup. Good. Very good. Now, come back down.
