This is great to barbecue. It is a snap to prepare and absolutely delicious.
•1 large (6 ounce) or 4 small salmon fillets, skin removed
•3/4 cup teriyaki sauce
•3/4 cup soy sauce
•1/2 cup dark brown sugar
Brush both sides of the fillet with a thin coating of the mustard. Lay the salmon in a large pan. In a mixing bowl, mix the teriyaki, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Pour half of the marinade over the salmon, reserving the other half. Marinate 1-4 hours.
Preheat the grill. Grill the salmon for 6-8 minutes per side, depending on the thickness. Basted the salmon often during the cooking with the reserved marinade.
