This is a great recipe for this classic salad. It’s chock full of apples, pineapple, celery, and grapes.
2 cups cubed apple (about 2 medium)
½ cup diagonally sliced celery
1/3 cup seedless green grapes
¼ cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
1 (15 ¾-ounce) can pineapple chunks in juice, drained
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, and toss well. Transfer salad to individual serving plates. Yield: 4 servings (about 116 calories per ½-cup serving).
