I love this workout because it targets the entire body and you don’t need any equipment. Plus it’s great for a quick high intensity interval training workout. Here’s how it goes:

10 PUSHUPS



10 BURPEES



10 SQUATS



10 MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS



10 TRICEPS DIPS



10 PULLUPS



10 ARM CIRCLES



Repeat 2 more times and voile ! You have a great HIIT workout in about 20-25 minutes. Enjoy!
