One Arm DB Row From Ball


Single arm rowing can also be performed from a standing position with the support arm balancing the body on the ball. Use a triangular base between the hand and both feet for support. Works the latissimus dorsi, middle back, biceps and core stabilization.

Stand in a parallel stance with one hand on top of the stability ball.

Hold the DB with the free hand and allow the DB to hang directly below the shoulder.

Perform a one arm row and lean on the stability ball for support.

Alternatively, use a staggered foot position for support.

Keep the belly engaged through the spine.
