Using a 6-12 inch box:
Start on top of the box holding a kettlebell in the same hand as the working leg.
Step down and tap the floor with your toe to come back up to the top and tap the top with your toe.
Repeat 8-12 times on each leg.
Tip: Start with a light kettlebell.
