Kettlebell Goblet Squat


Advanced:

The Goblet squat can be made even more challenging by adding a front raise while in the bottom position.

While maintaining good form at the bottom of the Goblet Squat, extend your arms forward and down.

Keeping the arms extended and straight, slowly raise the kettlebell as far up as you can. As you begin practicing this exercise, you may not be able to get the kettlebell above your chest.

When you have raised the kettlebell as far as you can, take a deep breath through your nose and stand up. Congratulations!
